By accessing or using the GizmoClean website (Gizmoclean.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Products and Services

GizmoClean provides advanced electric cleaning products designed to enhance your cleaning routine. Our products are engineered to offer powerful performance, time-saving efficiency, versatile applications, user-friendly design, durability, and a healthier living environment.

2. Order Processing and Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be fully canceled if they are not yet processed by our warehouse. Customized items (POD Orders), special preorders, and video/photo orders cannot be canceled once prepared.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delayed Orders: Orders lacking tracking information, still in transit, or pending for more than 60 days (45 days for the USA, 110 days for Brazil due to customs) are eligible for a refund or resend. If your order is delayed due to address issues or local customs practices, please contact your local post office. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received the package, we will investigate but cannot guarantee a resolution within 1-2 months.

  • Orders Not Received: We cannot issue refunds or resends for orders marked as delivered by tracking information. If you did not receive your package, a non-delivery certification from your local post office is required. For issues related to incorrect address, unknown recipient, or customs delays, contact your local post office. Packages returned to the post office must be picked up within the storage period; we are not responsible for loss during this process.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Damaged Products:

    • Full Refund or Replacement: For severely damaged items.
    • Partial Refund or Replacement: For items with minor damage (e.g., small scratches, slight wrinkles). Claims for electronic products must be made within 30 days of delivery. Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for a refund.

  • Incorrect or Missing Products:

    • Incorrect Products: Full refund or replacement will be offered.
    • Wrong Color/Size: Refund or resend provided with a screenshot of the complaint.
    • Missing Parts: Partial refund or resend of missing non-functional parts; resend of complete product for missing functional parts; resend of missing accessories.

  • Order Cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations before warehouse processing. Customized, preorder, and video/photo items are non-cancellable once prepared.

5. Product Quality and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact GizmoClean’s customer support to address your concerns. We will assist with returns, replacements, or refunds based on our policies.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or contacting customer support. Misleading or false information may delay the resolution of your issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

GizmoClean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

GizmoClean reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Continued use of the Site and our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
